SAP Dispute mangement

We have been investigating the option of implementing SAP Dispute mangement to help us better manage issues around outstanding customer invoices which are subject to query.
In FMCG there are always a lot of outstanding AR invoices which are subject to dispute over pricing, promotion, delivery etc.
We ahve done some preliminary investigation and believe this would help our cause, but we would really like to talk to anybody who has implemented it or has considered implementing it.
I would appreciate any info.
