John Barlow - Barlow Group

Chairperson Designate (New Zealand SAP Business One User Group)

Responsible for the Development  of the Barlow Group’s various business streams he was also responsible for implementation of SAP Business One into two diverse companies within the group, Devan Group, which manufactures and sells nationally a range of medium to large plastic water tanks and waste water treatment systems and Superloo, which rents portable toilets to the events and building industries.  As a result of this involvement with SAP B1 it became obvious that there was a need for the B1 community to have a forum for exchange of ideas and develop a coordinated a channel through to the suppliers.  This lead John to spearhead the formation of the B1 User Group here in New Zealand.
Prior to joining the Barlow Group John lived overseas for many years and has worked for organisations such as IBM, Merrill Lynch and Northern Trust.
