TEST NZSUG Christchurch 2024 Expressions of Interest to Sponsor Event

• Christchurch Bronze/Lanyard Sponsorship - June/July (date & venue TBC)
  The Bronze lanyard and name tag sponsor will have the opportunity to display their logo along with the NZSUG logo on lanyards and name tags to be worn by attendees. The sponsor will be responsible for the printing of the lanyards and name tags and will use an NZSUG logo as provided by NZSUG. The design of the name tag will be discussed with NZSUG. Spare name tags should be provided for those registering on the day.

• Christchurch Gold Sponsorship - June/July (date and venue TBC)
  Gold sponsors are entitled to place up to two banners in the presentation room at the event and are guaranteed a prime presentation slot. There is only 1 gold sponsorship opportunity available.
  
  Sponsor’s logos will be on welcome signs and agenda’s (both printed and electronic).
  This package includes:
  *Guaranteed prime presentation slot before Lunch
  *Table plus banner in the breakout area of the event
  *Delegates list (including email addresses)
  
  Price is $1750 excluding GST

• Christchurch Networking Lunch - June/July (date and venue TBC)
  Sponsorship of Lunch will be advertised on the invitation and agendas. Partners may apply to sponsor catering for the whole event or individual sessions. Preference will be given to whole day sponsorship.
  
  Price is $3500 excluding GST

• Christchurch Networking Morning & Afternoon Tea - June/July (date and time TBC)
  Sponsorship of Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea will be advertised on the invitation and agendas. Partners may apply to sponsor catering for the whole event or individual sessions. Preference will be given to whole day sponsorship.

• Christchurch Platinum Sponsorship - June/July (date and venue TBC)
  There are two Platinum keynote sponsorship opportunities available entitling the sponsor to present on products, innovations, or services relevant to the SAP audience.
  
  The session will be up to 35 minutes including time for the presentation and/or demonstration as well as Q&A. The Keynote sponsor is welcome to include branding on all slides.
  
  The Sponsored Keynote will be advertised on the invitation to members and on the agenda. Placement of the session within the agenda will be at the discretion of the NZSUG Executive, recognizing that a prominent slot with good attendance is important, but a balanced agenda with complementary sessions is also needed to ensure the success of the overall event. Sponsor’s logos will be on welcome signs and agenda’s (both printed and electronic).
